We now have Class Representatives for each class. Your Whitehall Park School PTCA Class Reps are:
Sage: Hayley Gudgeon (Brandon) and Natalie Lewis (Isaiah)
Lavender: Karolina Swiecicka (Franek), Noa Nawi Frank (Avigail)
What do the Class Reps do?
The roles of class reps are varied and some of the activities are to organise social and small fundraising events, help staff and support the wider activities of the PTCA.
Activities planned for Winter Term
Our first set of activities include setting up a communication channel for each class, painting a friend bench for our children in the playground, Christmas card printing and a tuck shop on the last Friday of every month, as well as these social events:
- Free Coffee morning for EVERYONE – 20th November after reading in school hall. Jasmine class is organising this coffee morning.
- Next Tuckshop at school pick up on Friday- 27th November: 3:30
- Christmas Drinks for Year 1 parents – 27th November, The Shaftesbury Tavern from 7.30pm.
- Christmas Drinks for all reception parents – 3rd December, The Shaftesbury Tavern from 7.30pm
We would love parent involvement where convenient and possible for you, but please don’t feel stressed or worried if you can’t help immediately because we will aim to have different times and days when actives are done therefore giving all parents ways to get involved at some stage throughout the year.
Getting in touch and communication:
The class reps are currently creating a class list of contact numbers and/or email addresses for their class. This will make communicating easier because it will be per class and will cover anything from birthday parties, coffee mornings, parent school help, drink nights to lost property. Communication will be class specific to minimise messages.
To be added to your class list please email your class rep on:
